RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:
- The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging, and
- You contact us within 7 days of delivery

Items received after this window may not qualify for return or store credit.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom-made or altered items
- Personalized items
- Gift cards
- Final sale or discounted items

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include:
  + Order number
  + Clear photos
  + Description of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or issue store credit at no cost to you.

4. Return Shipping Costs

• Customer pays return shipping unless the return is due to our error.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Store Credit Processing (Refund Policy)

All approved refunds will be issued in the form of store credit (voucher) instead of a monetary refund.

- Store credit can only be used on our website
- Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash
- Store credit will be issued once the returned item is received, inspected, and approved
- Processing time: 5–10 business days after approval.

6. Exchanges

- At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
- To exchange an item, please return the original product and place a new order using your store credit.
