1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 7 business days after the order is placed.

For items that are not in stock, an additional production time of 1–2 weeks may be required before processing and shipping. This information will be communicated on the product page or via email if applicable.

Custom or made-to-order items may also require additional processing time, which will be clearly specified on the product page.

Shipping Standard | For orders with 2 or more products An additional  7.99 USD (approximately  10.80 SGD) will be charged per additional item.
Orders with a total value above USD 1,000 Free Shipping

3. Delays and Exceptions

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to customs clearance, weather conditions, carrier-related issues, or extended production time for out-of-stock items. We appreciate your understanding and will support you with any shipping concerns.

4. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will work with the shipping provider to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
