At LuAutumn, we aim to deliver your order with care and accuracy. All products are sourced from our trusted Vietnamese suppliers, received by our team for inspection, and shipped internationally to your destination.
1. Order Processing
Once your order is placed, our suppliers dispatch the item to our fulfilment hub.
- Processing Time: 3–7 business days (Includes supplier handover, quality check, packing, and preparation for export.)
- Processing times may be longer for peak seasons or backordered items.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
- We ship internationally using trusted carriers such as DHL, FedEx, depending on the destination.
- Estimated Delivery Time: 7–14 business days from the date your order is shipped.
- Delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs clearance, and carrier delays.
3. Shipping Fees
- Flat International Shipping Fee: $20–$30 USD depending on destination.
- Free shipping promotions, when offered, will be clearly stated on product or checkout pages.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes (Very Important)
- International shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, VAT, or handling fees charged by your local customs office.
- LuAutumn does not cover or reimburse any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
- Failure to pay customs fees may result in delays, returns, or package destruction by customs authorities.
5. Tracking & Delivery
- A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.
- Tracking updates may take 2–5 days to appear depending on the carrier.
- If marked “delivered” but not received, please contact your local carrier first, then email us.
6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Please notify us promptly:
- Damaged or incorrect items: within 48 hours of delivery
- Lost or undelivered shipments: within 7 days of the expected delivery date
We will work with our logistics partners to resolve the issue.
