- We do not store full credit card details.

4. Ordering Process & Fulfilment

When you place an order:
- Our supplier ships the item to our fulfilment hub.
- We inspect, pack, and prepare the item for export.
- We dispatch via international carriers.
- Processing time is typically 3–7 business days, followed by 7–14 business days for delivery.

5. Customs Duties & Taxes

- International shipments may incur customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or brokerage fees.
- LuAutumn is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These must be paid by the customer.
- Refusal to pay may lead to package delays or destruction, for which we are not liable.
